Delivery Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:  Coulter Video routinely ships products domestically and internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, duties, or tariffs. 

On our website, customers can calculate the price of shipping and handling using the options listed and view estimated delivery dates, then select the shipping option they prefer.  US Priority Mail rates are based on weight and distance.  Since DVDs are light, generally the medium or large flat rate options will only be economical for large orders (ex. 18 DVDs in one order).  If customers want to inquire about express or expedited delivery, they should call Coulter Video at 336-608-4224 to discuss whether we can meet their request -- and explore options and prices.  While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, we will make every practical effort to accommodate such requests.
